Electronics Crafts with children
Every year in spring and autumn, the Aviation Museum "Clin d'Ailes" organizes during a weekend a special program to attract visitors, especially young people.
Our club is always present with a craft program. In view of an electronics hobby program in several sessions, at the beginning of a cycle we start with a wire bending- and soldering exercise. The end product is a wire aircraft model, based on a drawing of the “Arbeitskreis Amateurfunk & Telekommunikation in der Schule“ (German Working Group for Amateur Radio & Telecommunications in the School).
During the following special days, we then build electronic circuits with the kids, with lots of flashing LED’s and relay clicks…
No need to mention that this kind of employment for children is very satisfactory and meets with huge interest!
